Refund & Return Policy

At Sweet by Baby, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Include all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Sale or discounted items
Items purchased during promotional periods
Accessories and innerwear
Custom-made or pre-order items
3. Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit or to your original payment method (depending on the situation).
Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to be processed.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
Wrong size received
Defective or damaged item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size or item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or credit.
